Differently abled

Different abled persons (persons referred to in Article 1 of Law no. 68 of 12 March 1999)

The differently abled person must be in possession of disability certification issued by the competent authority, showing the percentage or category of disability attributed on the basis of Article 1 of Law 68 of 12 March 1999.

This person, regardless of age, citizenship and residence, can practice sports fishing in the inland waters of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, provided he/she has an identity document and the above-mentioned disability certification, and is accompanied by an adult who has paid the yearly  or infra-year fee and has the fishing documents in order.

His/her catch is included in the quota of the accompanying adult.

The differently abled person does not pay the fee.
