Fishing with a fishing licence obtained in Italy after a course/examination

 

 

 

 

 

Page dedicated to fishing procedures for those who have a licence obtained in another Region of the Italian Republic other than Friuli Venezia Giulia and acquired without passing an examination or attending a training course.

• Fishing in FVG with an Extra-Region Licence obtained after a course or examination
• Payment of the yearly fee and collection of the document for the registrations (DRA)
• Payment of the intra-year fee and collection of the registration document (DRI)

Fishing in FVG with an Extra-Region Licence obtained after a course or examination

The fisher has two options:

• Pay the yearly fee of € 60.00 (€ 15.00 for children between 14 and 17), which makes it possible to practice sport fishing 16 days a month under all fishing regimes until 31 December of the year to which it relates;
• Pay the reduced intra-year fee of € 16.00, which makes it possible to fish for one day and can be paid at most 10 times a year, also non-consecutive, with possible additional 6 times a year dedicated exclusively to no-kill practice.

The fee can be paid with APPesca.FVG or with the form pre-printed by Licencing Offices or Computerised Issuing Points.

At the same time as paying the fee, the fisher self-certifies the possession of a fishing licence from another Italian region obtained after passing the examination or attending the course. ETPI will check the self-certification. In this regard, we remind you that the fisher is deemed aware of the envisaged sanctions in the case of untruthful declarations and the formation or use of false documents, referred to in Article 76 of Presidential Decree no. 445/2000, in accordance with Articles 46 and 47 thereof.

 

After the first payment of the fee, ETPI will automatically send via email or APPesca.FVG the Friuli Venezia Giulia sport fishing licence in .PDF format to be printed or kept as an image in your smartphone.

The fisher must carry with him/her on each trip and show in case of controls:

• FVG fishing licence, if pending issuance by ETPI, the Extra-Regional one
• receipt of payment of the yearly or intra-year fee
• registration document, also available on the app APPescaVG;
• a valid identity document

Payment of the yearly fee and collection of the document for the registrations (DRA)

Fishers who are not residents in FVG, holders of a sport fishing licence, however named, issued in other Regions of the Italian Republic subject to attending a course or passing an examination, who have paid the yearly fee, can fish in FVG during the whole calendar year and register their trips and catches on the yearly registration document (DRA), which is also available on the website APPesca.FVG.

Fishers who have not downloaded the App will be able to obtain the DRA, by submitting, also through a third party or by post* to the Licencing Offices or  Computerised  and Non-Computerised Issuing points and the following:

• in the case of a first payment, the Extra-regional Licence obtained in other regions of the Italian Republic subject to attending a course or passing an examination and the form for adults or minors;
• for payments after the first one, valid FVG sport fishing licence;
• receipt for the yearly fee paid with APPescaVG or with the form pre-printed by Licencing Offices or Computerised Issuing Points
• any registration document which has expired (if lost, declare the loss on the form declaration in lieu and attach an identity document). ETPI uses the data contained in the documents for yearly or intra-year records for statistical purposes.

* It is possible to request the DRA to be sent by post to ETPI, Via Colugna 3, 33100 Udine, adding €8.00 for postal and secretarial expenses. ETPI will send the DRA by registered mail with return receipt.

Payment of the intra-year fee and collection of the registration document (DRI)

Fishers who are not residents in FVG, holders of a sport fishing licence, however named, issued in other Regions of the Italian Republic subject to attending a course or passing an examination, who have paid the intra-year fee, can fish in FVG on the chosen day, for a maximum of 8 times a year, also not consecutive, with possible additional 4 times dedicated exclusively to no-kill fishing. They must record their trips and catches on the intra-year registration document (DRI), also available on APPesca.FVG.

The fisher who did not download the app APPesca.FVG can obtain the DRI, by submitting, also through a third party to the Licencing Offices or to the Computerised Issuing Points  and the following:

• if it is the first payment of the fee, Extra-regional Licence obtained in other Regions of the Italian Republic subject to attending a course or passing an examination and the form for adults or minors;
• for payments after the first one, valid FVG sport fishing licence;
• receipt for the intra-year fee paid with APPescaFVG or with the form pre-printed by Licencing Offices or Computerised Issuing Points
• any expired registration document. ETPI uses the data contained in the documents for yearly or intra-year records for statistical purposes 
• a valid identity document.
