General information on the various FVG fishing licences currently valid

According to the regulations in force, the FVG sport fishing licence has unlimited duration and validity.

Recreational fishing with all gears except the hand lift net

The fisher must carry it with him/her on each trip and show it in case of controls:

• valid FVG fishing licence
• receipt of payment of the yearly or intra-year fee
• registration document, also available on the app APPescaFVG
• valid identity document

Yearly fee and document collection for yearly registrations (DRA)

The fisher, holder of a valid FVG licence, who has paid an yearly fee will be able to apply for the yearly registration document, DRA, on which to record trips and catches, through APPesca.FVG or by submitting, also through a third party or by post*, to the Licencing Offices or to the Computerised Issuing Points and Not the following:

• valid FVG sport fishing licence;
• original receipt for the yearly fee paid with the App or with the form pre-printed by Licencing Offices or Computerised Issuing Points.
• the expired catch card or, if lost, declare the loss on the form declaration in lieu and attach an identity document. ETPI uses the data contained in the documents for yearly or intra-year records for statistical purposes.

* If you request the DRA to be sent by post to ETPI, Via Colugna 3, 33100 Udine, you will need to add €8.00 for postal and secretarial expenses. ETPI will send the DRA by registered mail with return receipt.

Intra-year fee and document collection for intra-year registrations (DRI)

The intra-year fee allows holders of a valid FVG licence to fish for one day, for a maximum of 16 times a year, 6 of which are dedicated exclusively to NO-KILL fishing. The intra-year fee amounts to € 16,00, for any fishing regime.

The fisherman who has paid an intra-year fee will be able to apply for the intra-year registration document, DRI, on which to record the day's trips and catches through the APPesca.FVG or by submitting, also through a third party to the Licencing Offices or to the Computerised Issuing Points the following:

• valid FVG sport fishing licence;
• original receipt for the intra-year fee paid with the App or with the form pre-printed by Licencing Offices or Computerised Issuing Points
• any registration document which has expired or, if lost, declare the loss on the form declaration in lieu and attach an identity document. ETPI uses the data contained in the documents for yearly or intra-year records for statistical purposes.

Change of residence

You can inform ETPI of your new address so that correspondence can be properly forwarded by sending an email to licenze@etpi.fvg.it  or by calling the Licencing Offices or, if you use the APPesca.FVG by updating the data yourself.

Replacement of the FVG fishing licence

It is possible to replace a licence issued before 01/06/2020 with a new FVG licence without expiry date in digital/paper format at a cost of € 10.00.

 

The fisher concerned shall submit to the Licencing Offices personally, through a third party or by post, the following:

• Copy of identity document and, if not on the document, a copy of the tax code;
• FVG licence to be replaced;
• any registration document withdrawn and receipt for payment of the fee
• Receipt of payment of € 10.00 made with a form pre-printed by Licencing Offices or Computerised Issuing Points.

 

The Licencing Offices  will send you by email the .PDF file with the licence to be printed and will deliver the print of the licence in paper format, while if you want to have the print of the FVG licence on plastic material in badge format you have to pay additional €10,00.  

 

If you send the new licence by post, you will need to add €8.00 for postage and secretariat costs. ETPI will send the licence by registered mail with return receipt.

Theft/loss of fishing documents

In case of theft or loss of:

 

• FVG licences issued from 01/06/2020

In the event of loss/theft of a digital/paper Licence, simply reprint the PDF file received by email. However, if you have lost the Licence PDF file and do not have a hard copy, you can request it free of charge from the Licencing Offices to send the file or the printed FVG Licence.  

 

• FVG licences issued before 01/06/2020

In case of loss/theft you can apply to the Licencing Offices for a duplicate of the licence if issued before 01/06/2020.

The following must be submitted, also through a third party or by email:

1. Declaration in lieu for the theft/loss of the licence, the details of which, if not known, must be obtained from the Licencing Offices;
2. Copy of identity document and, if not on the document, copy of the fisher's tax code;
3. Receipt of payment of € 10.00 made on a pre-printed form by Licencing Offices or Computerised Issuing Points.

 

The Licencing Offices send the licence file in PDF format by email and deliver it in paper format, while if you want to have the FVG licence printed on plastic material in badge format you have to pay an additional €10,00. 

If you require the new licence to be sent by post, you will need to add €8.00 for postage and secretariat costs. ETPI will send the licence by registered mail with return receipt.

• Document for Yearly Records (DRA)

It is necessary to submit, also through a third party or by email, to the Licencing Offices or to the Computerised Issuing Point where the DRA was collected, the following:

 

1. Declaration in lieu for the theft/loss of the DRA, the details of which, if not known, must be obtained from the Licensing Office or the Computerised Issuing Point from which it was collected;
2. Copy of the identity document and tax code of the fisher, if not on the document;
3. Receipt of payment of € 10.00 made on a pre-printed form by Licencing Offices or Computerised Issuing Points.

 

If you require ETPI to send the new DRA by post, you will need to add €8.00 for postage and secretariat costs. ETPI will send the new DRA by registered mail with return receipt. 

If, in addition to the DRA, the FVG licence has also been lost/stolen, it will be necessary to add the costs for the duplication of the licence, if any, and the lamination, if desired, while the cost for the postal forwarding of the Licence and/or the DRA remains at €8.00.

• Document for intra-year Records (DRI)

 

It is necessary, within the day of validity of the intra-year fee, to request a printout of the DRI or send the .PDF file to the Licencing Offices or to the Computerised Issuing Point where it was collected.

 

If, in addition to the DRI, the FVG licence has also been lost/stolen, it will be necessary to add the costs for the duplication of the licence, if any, and the lamination, if desired, and the cost for the postal forwarding of the Licence, amounting to €8.00

• LOSS OF THE FEE RECEIPT

In the event of loss or theft of your licence fee receipt, simply reprint the PDF file you received by email for those who paid online, or request it from the Licencing Offices or from the Computerised Issuing Points a copy of the fee payment receipt.

Printing the FVG fishing licence on plastic material in badge format

It is possible to request the printing of the FVG licence on plastic material in badge format for licences issued as from 01/06/2020 in digital/paper format, by paying €10,00 with the form pre-printed by the Licencing Offices or Computerised Issuing Points.

 

You can pick up the FVG licence printed on plastic material in badge format also through a third party, at the Licensing Offices, while if you ask for it to be sent by post, you will have to pay an additional €8.00 for postal and secretarial expenses. ETPI will send the badge by registered mail with return receipt.

 

Licences issued before 01/06/2020 may be printed on plastic material in badge format subject to replacement.
